Roamr Return Policy?
The refund policy of Let's Roam is as follows:

Single Activity Passes: If not satisfied with the activity after completion, efforts will be made to rectify the situation. Refunds are not provided for foul weather, street closures, or other uncontrollable issues. Unused tickets are not refundable but are valid for up to two years when purchased through the website. Tokens can be requested back if used for an activity that is no longer desired. These tokens can be used in any city.

Large Groups: Refunds are not offered for groups that purchase more than 12 tickets through the store for any reason. Groups that purchase through the sales team may be eligible for refunds depending on their event details.

Annual Passes: Once redeemed, the voucher is non-refundable.

12-month Explorer Pass Subscription: A 100% refund is offered if the subscription is within 14 days of sign-up. A pro-rated refund is processed for the 12-month explorer pass.

3rd Party Vendors: Manual refunds for 3rd party vouchers are not possible. Assistance can be provided in working with the third party, but direct contact with the third party is necessary.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting the support team via email, phone, or chat. Upon cancellation, all future charges associated with future months of the subscription will be cancelled. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current monthly billing period. No refund will be received; however, subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
Other than as stated above, the right to issue refunds or credits is reserved at sole discretion, or as required by applicable law.
